Prices are valid for a booking of the entire house for 2 persons.

  • There is a surcharge per night for each additional person.
  • Children under the age of 18 are free.

How to book?

Booking Terms

  • Minimum stay:
    • 4 nights
  • Cleaning fee (incl. port pick-up): 120 Euro
  • Disclaimer: Booking implies acceptance that you enter the property at your own risk.

Check in / Check out

  • Check-in: From 4:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 10:00 AM

Alternative times possible by prior arrangement.

Terms for payment

  • Ppon reservation: 50% deposit
  • 30 days before arrival: Remaining 50%

Cancellation

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: 100% refund
  • Up to 15 days before arrival: refund of 50%
  • Less than 15 days before arrivall: We cannot offer a refund.

If we find another tenant for the cancelled period, the above rules do not apply, then we will of course refund 100%.

Special conditions

  • “Winter” stay (Nov–Mar): €1500/month for stays of 2 months or more
  • Repeat guests: Discount offered on your second booking

How many people can sleep in the house?

The house offers space for 2 to 9/10 people.

How is the house equipped?

  • Bedrooms: 5

  • Other rooms: Lounge, kitchen, modern bathroom (renovated in 2023), separate toilet

  • Outdoor: Outdoor shower, 4 terraces, large garden with deckchairs, hammocks, and alway the most unique view 🙂

  • Towels & bed linen: Provided

  • Internet/Wi-Fi: Fast and reliable via Starlink – ideal for video calls (Zoom, Teams, etc.)

Is the kitchen fully equipped (oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc.)?

Towels and bed linen: Are provided.

Internet / W-lan: The internet is fast. Team/Zoom-calls are no problem.  The connetction is provided by Starlink.

Can I do Homeoffice?

Yes!
On request, we provide:

  • LG Ultrawide 38″ Monitor (USB-C / HDMI)

  • Webcam, mouse, 

How to get to the house?

We will meet you at the harbor on arrival. Our team will accompany you to the house, give you a tour, and explain everything you need to know.

Are there grocery stores on Alicudi?

Alicudi has two small grocery stores, both located in Alicudi Porto, the island’s main settlement. These shops offer basic supplies such as dry goods, canned items, fresh produce, and bottled water. The shops accept credit cards.

Sicilian-Home-Cooked Meals

For a more authentic experience, some locals offer home-cooked meals, often featuring freshly caught seafood and local produce. These meals are typically served on their terraces and can be easily arranged upon request.

Restaurants & Cafés

Dining options on Alicudi are few but charming:

  • Bar L’Airone: A relaxed seaside café known for its granita made from fresh fruit like figs and almonds. It also serves simple meals and drinks.

  • Golden Cafe Noir: Located near the port, tes.

Please note that these establishments may operate seasonally, so it’s a good idea to check their availability in advance.

Practical Tips

  • Cash Only: There are no ATMs on the island, so ensure you bring sufficient cash for your stay. However the shops accept credit cards.

  • No Cars: The island has no roads; transportation is on foot or by mule.

  • Limited Supplies: Due to the island’s isolation, it’s wise to bring any specific items you may need, especially if you have dietary restrictions.
