The beach consists mostly of pebbles and for the most part the shore is made up of rocks and flat rocks.

Boat tours around the island are recommended, including stops on request. The coastline on the uninhabited part of the island is fascinating and wild. Occasionally, dolphins can be glimpsed approaching the coast.

Mountain Tour

Hiking in the mountains is a special adventure. A must-see is the church of San Bartolo in the place of the same name, to which, among other things, a direct path leads from Sgurbio. In the higher regions, the climate is cooler and the vegetation changes. In summer, you have to get up early to avoid the heat.
