Prices are valid for a booking of the entire house for 2 persons.
- There is a surcharge per night for each additional person.
- Children under the age of 18 are free.

Booking terms & conditions
Buchungsbedingungen
- Minimum stay:
- 3 nights in low season
- 5 nights in high season.
- Cleaning fee incl. pick up from the port: 100 Euro
- Payment: 30% on booking, 70% before the start of the holiday.
- Disclaimer: With your booking you accept that you enter the house and property at your own risk.
Check in / Check out
- Check-in from 4 pm
- Check-out until 10 am
Other check-in/check-out times are of course possible by arrangement.
Terms for payment
- upon reservation: 30% as deposit
- 30 days before arrival: remaining 70% of the rent
Cancellation
- Up to 30 days before arrival: refund of 100%
- Up to 15 days before arrival: refund of 50%
- Within 15 days before arrival: We cannot offer a refund.
If we find another tenant for the cancelled period, the above rules do not apply, then we will of course refund 100%.
Special conditions
- From a rental period of 2 months we offer a price of 1500 Euro per month in the winter months (Nov – April).
- There is a “regular-guest-discount” of 20% from the 2nd booking

Information
How many people can sleep in the house?
The house offers space for 2 to 9 people.
How is the house equipped?
There are five bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen, a modern bathroom (2023), a toilet, an outdoor shower and three terraces as well as a large garden with deckchairs, hammocks and a unique view.
Towels and bed linen: Are provided.
Internet / W-lan: The internet is fast. Team/Zoom-calls are no problem. The connetction is provided by Starlink.
Can I do Homeoffice?
On request we can provide a large monitor for homeoffice (LG-Ultrawide 38′ / USB-C, HDMI) and a webcam.
How to get to the house?
The Alicudi Casa team will be happy to welcome you at the harbour. We will bring you to the house on the first day. We will show you around and introduce you to the house.
Further amenities: There is a private collection of books (DE/IT/ENG), swimming gear, telescope, board games, music equipment which you are welcome to use.
